Customer Service Point (CSP) is a vision to ensure banking services to the people of the region at their doorsteps efficiently and effectively. Apart from the brick and mortar branches in 473 locations, bank is also undertaking Financial Inclusion (FI) activities through BC-BF model in the allotted Sub Service Areas (SSAs) as well as other villages/ tea gardens, etc
As on 31.03.2019, Bank is providing Financial Inclusion (FI) services in 1273 nos. of Sub-Service Areas (SSAs) allotted to bank covering a total of 10166 nos. of villages and 87 no. of urban wards with the help of 1124 Banking Correspondents (BCs) to cater to various segments of society..
